Skatepark Company Spohn Ranch Expands by Acquiring Competitor TrueRide
Industry, California-based skatepark company, Spohn Ranch, recently acquired Duluth, Minnesota-based TrueRide, manufacturer of wood / composite skatepark ramp systems. The acquisition of TrueRide adds to Spohn Ranch’s line of skatepark solutions by extending materials options and design offerings for a new market segment. Spohn Ranch will maintain their commitment to creating safe, challenging facilities using the highest quality materials and construction techniques.

Epicurean Cutting Surfaces is an international supplier of food preparation surfaces for restaurants and the home. Loll Designs manufacturers outdoor furniture with 100% recycled post consumer plastic.
