A life-long skater, Hays is proud to help one of the pioneers in action sports build amazing skateparks around the world. What he really loves about his job is creating positive spaces for youth that encourage personal development and physical fitness. He’s fighting the good fight.
His goal is to continue this work by developing innovative and functional skateparks and helping cities move forward to building them. Continuing the Spohn Ranch tradition of defining and redefining action sports design and construction while always doing the right thing for skaters.
