When building a skatepark, Spohn Ranch utilizes a unique form of construction that involves casting concrete through a variety of techniques. We are the only skatepark builder in the nation to specialize in both pre-cast and poured-in-place concrete. Our pre-cast concrete is produced in factory-controlled conditions by professional mold craftsman, while our poured-in-place concrete is executed on site by our COO, Mark Bradford, who has personally built over 400 skateparks. With multiple build methods at our disposal, we take pride in not limiting ourselves to a single form of skatepark construction that could hinder the design and quality of a particular project.
