While most concrete builders require earthwork, excavation and compacted soil to create complex forms, Spohn Ranch’s pre-cast concrete can be set directly into an existing concrete slab without the use of transition plates. With minor cutting and flatwork, the pieces are seamlessly integrated into the slab, creating a flawless concrete park without wasting existing concrete. This approach is both cost-effective and eco-friendly. Our small construction footprint also means fewer disturbances to nearby facilities and recreation areas.
In just a few days, the Spohn Ranch crew can prep the site, customize the slab and install the new concrete pieces.
