State-of-the-Art Techniques
At over 150,000 square feet, Spohn Ranch possesses the largest fabrication facility of any skatepark builder. In instances where other builders would use trial and error, Spohn Ranch uses advanced machinery and industry-leading construction methods to get the job done right. Our stop forms and screeds, for example, are precision-cut with a CNC router for tight tolerances. All coping and metal edging is fabricated in-house by experienced metal fabricators, ensuring perfect welds with both stainless and galvanized steel.
