trueride ramp equipment
At Spohn Ranch, we’ve always encouraged our fabricator’s obsessive regard for perfection. Because they also install and skate what they build before certifying it, you can be sure the skaters who use it will give it high ratings. We also have a state of the art manufacturing facility that can produce any custom piece. If you can imagine it, we can create it. The same shop that built the X-Games Mega-Ramp and launched Danny Way off the roof of the Hard Rock Casino is the same shop that will make your skaters’ vision become a reality.
We use better materials than anyone else—thicker gauge steel, complete corrosion protection, higher quality surfacing, and larger, stainless fasteners. We do not scrimp in the manufacturing process at the expense of performance or durability. We build our skateparks to a higher standard in order to handle the abuse that skaters dish out.
With the help of the University of Minnestoa’s Natural Resources research Institute (NRRI), we have extensively tested the materials used to construct our ramps. We have also conducted numerous design and strength tests to insure maximum structural integrity.
The installation of our products is as critical to the quality of the finished park as any other part of the process. This is where other companies try to cut corners to save money by outsourcing, ignoring the fact that the quality of the equipment can be severely compromised by poor installation. Attention to detail in the manufacturing process is pointless without exerting the same level of quality control during the installation.
