Precision-cast parks are the highest quality available, ensuring glass smooth riding surfaces with consistent and exact coping reveals.

Stainless steel edging is smoother, more durable and provides a better grinding surface than raw or galvanized steel. Extra wide edging and beveled corners provide better wear protection, even from BMX bike pegs.

Our proprietary material mixture yields high-strength concrete that minimizes cracking and chipping. Precision-cast concrete is also subject to stringent quality control, reaching 6000 psi strength vs. the 4000 psi commonly found in poured-in-place parks.

Complex course designs are one of the primary benefits of handpoured parks. SpohnCrete now offers the same complexity through its extensive library of precast shapes and sizes. Custom castings can also be created to fulfill any design requirement.

When the components arrive, in as little as 8 weeks, they are simply set in place prior to completion of the concrete finish work. The result is a perfectly smooth, precise concrete park with considerably less time and resources than required by poured-in-place parks.
