Performing regularly scheduled maintenance is critical to the success of your skate park. Many skatepark manufacturers require regular maintenance reports to keep their warranties valid.

To assist with this process, we are offering a regular maintenance program, where factory-certified skate park installers inspect and maintain your skatepark equipment on a monthly or quarterly basis.

Monthly or Quarterly Maintenance Service

Spohn Ranch, Inc. will provide a crew of two certified factory installers, once per month or quarter, to perform Spohn Ranch’s exclusive 57-point Skatepark Check and Basic Maintenance.

57-Point Skatepark Check
• Inspection of the slab for any cracks, holes, or malformations.
• Inspection of the overall site for safety concerns such as standing water, debris, leaves, dirt, etc.
Inspection of the fencing (if applicable) for any damage to the posts, chain link, locks, or security devices.
Inspection of the lighting for any burned out, malfunctioning, or misdirected bulbs.
• Inspection of miscellaneous site items, such as the rules signage, overall drainage, and whether the pay phone is working.
• Inspection of the skate park equipment, including complete fastener and safety check.

Basic Maintenance
• Tightening of any fasteners or loosened connections.
• Minor sticker and graffiti removal.
• Performance of any other basic maintenance needed.
• A discounted estimate for any major maintenance needed.
• Complete inspection and maintenance report, documenting the findings and any work performed.

Cost and Details
• Total cost of the monthly service varies depending upon the size and location of your park.
• Monthly or quarterly service is contracted on an annual basis.

Twice Yearly Pressure Washing:
• In addition to the above maintenance, we recommend pressure washing the entire park every 6 months.
• We will provide two factory certified installers, and all equipment necessary to power wash the skate park.
• Total cost of the semi-annual service varies depending upon the size and location of your park.
• Semi-annual service is contracted on an annual basis.
