While SpohnCrete is visually identical to traditional poured-in-place concrete, the product offers significant benefits:
- 15 Year Warranty on all Spohncrete pieces
- Site preparation and casting of the concrete pieces can occur simultaneously, dramatically reducing the overall construction timeline.
- Because we maintain complete control during the mixing and curing process, we can ensure that our concrete always meets our strict standards, thus avoiding the surface inconsistencies, which can occur with other forms of concrete fabrication and installation.
- Our proprietary material mixture yields high-strength concrete that minimizes cracking and chipping. Precision-cast concrete is also subject to stringent quality control, reaching 6000 psi strength vs. the 4000 psi commonly found in poured-in-place parks.
- Our Spohncrete system ensures advanced protection against wear and tear that would normally require continuous maintenance. Metal edging is inserted directly into our concrete molds before casting, giving our pieces superior resistance to grinding and damage.
