This past November Spohn Ranch and Ivins City, Utah officially celebrated the grand opening of Ivins’ new concrete skatepark at UNITY Park.
The southern end of the 8,000 square foot skatepark features an open-ended bowl with multiple waterfalls and a variety of hips. The bowl flows north into a modern street section with grind rails, manual pads and stairs. The skatepark features Spohn Ranch’s signature use of colored concrete and an iconic entry sculpture paying homage to Ivins’ beautiful mountain landscapes.
Spohn Ranch executed a turnkey design-build scope, including design development, construction documents and comprehensive construction including drainage, earthwork, steel and concrete.
